The staff were not only friendly, but their communication was impeccable - from allowing us to check in early to promptly attending to any requests. the location was perfect, within walking distance of many parks, including the breathtaking Stanley Park. The room was comfortable, and the amenities provided added to the overall experience. We particularly enjoyed the option to pre-order breakfast to our room for added convenience. the hotel's sleek meeting rooms and event spaces, as well as the impressive Coal Harbor Ballroom, showcased modern technology against the backdrop of twinkling city lights. The hotel's proximity to the harbour and city center made exploring Vancouver a breeze. We also appreciated the access to the fitness center, pool, and hot tub, as well as the delightful dining experience at Prestons Restaurant + Lounge.
